Ultimate Nachos

Ultimate NachosWith today being Cinco de Mayo I wanted to do a festive post! I feel like there are going to be countless taco recipes being shared today and since I don’t really like tacos (unpopular opinion, I know) I thought I would share my Ultimate Nachos recipe with you instead!

You can customize your nachos any way you like but I just line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then fill the tray with restaurant style tortilla chips.

I then put on a layer of salsa, and on top of that a layer of queso dip.

Next comes a layer of shredded cheese and then I top with veggies. My ideal toppings are jalapenos, onions, and peppers, but you can choose whatever veggies you’d like!

I then bake them at 350 for 7-8 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted; and then broil for another 2 minutes.

I like to serve the nachos with sides of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for dipping too!

Nachos are super easy to make and are one of my favourite snacks!
