Spring is officially here, and while it’s still pretty cold most days, I couldn’t be more excited about switching over my wardrobe for the season! I’m still wearing sweaters most days (as you can see) but have also started embracing some spring trends. So, today I thought I would share with you my spring wardrobe essentials:
I wear a lot of black, so I love this X’ed Out Tank* from 2020AVE. It gives my look a bit of edge and it’s way more unique than wearing a plain black tank. I’ve been wearing it with jeans and a cardigan for now while the weather is still cold because I think the strappy detailing makes the outfit look more spring-appropriate; though, the soft lightweight material is going to be perfect worn on its own once it warms up!
Pastels are always key for spring and I’ve noticed a lot of lavender pieces popping up this spring, which I love! Purple is my favourite colour and lavender looks amazing on everyone. Whether you dress more casually or need something formal, this colour is a great choice!
Light Wash Denim
Normally when it comes to denim I prefer darker washes, but I recently bought this pair from Old Navy and have been obsessed! The relaxed fit is super comfortable and the lighter wash looks great with the rest of my spring wardrobe. I can dress them down with a white tee, but these jeans also look really cute cuffed with a black top and low heels!
