Over the past year or so I’ve become more interested in vitamins and supplements. Most recently I have been trying some new ones from Hum Nutrition! They have a quick 3 minute quiz that helps determine which supplements you need based on your answers, which I think is really great especially for beginners who want to get into taking supplements.

This is an all natural weight loss supplement. The vegan formula works to reduce stress eating, boost your metabolism, curb your appetite, and support healthy blood sugar levels. You take one capsule 30 minutes before eating 1-3 times a day for best results. It’s only been a couple weeks for me, but I definitely notice that I get full faster and the feeling lasts longer, which results in me eating less but still feeling satisfied!
I am someone who is almost always tired. Granted, I have a lot on the go most days. But still, it would be nice to not feel drained all the time and I find this actually helps! The formula works to hold off fatigue, increase productivity, and helps you maintain a calm state during stressful situations. You take 2 each day with food at anytime, though I find taking mine with breakfast gives me the best results!
