Gluten-Free Brownies

Brownies are probably my favourite-ever dessert. They always satisfy a chocolate craving and I love the way they make my house smell as I bake them! This week I tried out the Namaste Foods Brownie mix, and was blown away but how tasty they were! In my experience thus far gluten-free baking can be hit or miss; but these gluten-free brownies are a definite hit!

Honestly, had I not baked them myself I wouldn’t have guessed that these brownies were gluten-free. They are so moist with a slightly crunchy edge that tastes just like ones made from scratch! They are so chocolately and I think everyone in my family enjoyed them as much as I did.

Not only were they delicious, but they were easy to make! You just combine the brownie mix with an egg, some water, and some oil. It took no time at all. Each box makes 2 8×8 pans (which I did) or 1 9×13 pan.

The mix is free from top allergens, which is perfect for me! While I can have gluten, I can’t have soy which is in every other brownie mix I’ve found. So, needless to say I was really excited to find one that I could actually enjoy!

This brownie mix makes the perfect dessert, but would also be great to pack in lunches whether you or your family has allergies. The mix would also be perfect if you’re entertaining someone and are unsure of their dietary restrictions.

It’s safe to say I’m obsessed and so glad there’s another batch left to be made…
