I have been getting more into health and fitness lately which is something I thought would never happen. Working out will never be my favourite thing but I have been enjoying it more. Today I thought it would be fun to share with you some of the random fitness bits I have been loving lately:
This bra is such a pretty colour and the shoelace design in the back is super cute! This bra is really comfortable to wear. I have a bigger chest so while I don’t find this one to be supportive enough for running, it works really well when I’m lifting weights or doing light cardio.
I’ve reviewed this before (HERE) but wanted to mention it again as I really love it! The lightweight gel texture feels cooling and refreshing on the skin post workout. The formula contains hyaluronic acid too so it’s super hydrating!
I credit the Fitbit for my weight loss and I find it is the one thing that keeps me on track. I just have the Zip model, but it makes it so easy to track my exercise, diet, and water. It’s small and discrete to wear and I love using the app in conjunction with the device. I’m a visual person so I really like that I can see my progress each day and am able to make necessary changes.
This cleanser is nice after a particularly sweaty workout. When I sweat more I tend to breakout and this cleanser works to draw out 2 times more dirt and impurities than a regular cleanser. It isn’t too harsh and is actually designed to be used daily. It gives the skin a really deep clean and keeps breakouts away.
This deodorant is free of aluminum, parabens, and other harsh chemicals. The formula is vegan and contains essential oils and antioxidants. I don’t quite trust this one to keep odor away if I’m having a particularly intense workout, it works fine for light cardio and everyday wear. I have the scents ‘Vanilla Lavender’ and ‘Vanilla Blackberry’ which both smell incredible!
Brita Water Bottle*
The Brita bottles are my favourite water bottles! The straw makes it so easy to drink while I’m working out and it filters the water as I drink it, which I love!
