When it comes to taking care of our bodies we know that exercise and healthy food is the way to go, and the same can be said for taking care of our skin to some extent. Feeding our skin with good ingredients is going to make it look and feel way better but something we often don’t think about when it comes to choosing our skincare.
Graydon Skincare has some really great products that contain organic, plant based ingredients so you can feed your skin the healthy nutrients it needs!
Here are the three products I’ve been using lately:
This mask is so cool! It comes in capsules to ensure you apply just the right amount. It’s a mask and scrub in one, which is great; and the formula is made with 15 superfoods! This exfoliates and brightens your complexion while still being gentle. Also, with the mask being in capsule form, it keeps the ingredients fresh!
Here’s how it works: glacial clay nourishes, purifies, exfoliates, soothes, and heals, dramatically improving skin health. Meterorite powder helps exfoliate, vitamin D2 (mushroom source) promotes skin healing, papaya contains an exfoliating fruit enzyme, white willow bark is a gentle exfoliant, shiitake mushroom helps to brightens your skin, activated charcoal aids in detoxification, vitamin C assists in repairing damaged tissue, astaxanthin (red algae) revitalizes photo aged skin, licorice root promotes skin elasticity and fights inflammation, ground chia seeds speeds up skin repair, green coffee extract potent is a free radical buster, cinnamon is skin plumping, diatomaceous earth exfoliates and zeolite works to absorb toxins. How incredible is that?!
This cleanser removes dirt and makeup without stripping your skin of its natural oils. It’s a cream based cleanser infused with pink grapefruit which smells incredible! It feels nice and gentle on the skin; and it does a nice job of leaving my skin feeling clean and refreshed!
Last but not least, this moisturizer makes my skin insanely soft – I can’t get over it! The formula is infused with broccoli, avocado, coconut, olive, and aloe. The scent isn’t my favourite, but it’s easy to overlook considering how soft and soothed my skin is when I use this!
