Hershey’s Cookies and Crème chocolate bars are my all-time favourite junk food. I love the combination of white chocolate and cookie pieces.
Last weekend, I felt like playing around in the kitchen and came up with a recipe for ‘Cookies and Crème’ cookies. They turned out really well, in my opinion, they and didn’t last long!
What you’ll need:
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 pkg. Jello White Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup white chocolate chips
16 Oreo cookies, crushed up
Start off by creaming the butter and sugars together.
Stir in the pudding mix until well incorporated.
Slowly mix in the flour and baking soda.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and Oreo pieces until well mixed.
I used a cookie scoop, but you could even take rounded spoonfuls of dough and drop them onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
This recipe yields about 4 dozen cookies.
