    Over the past year or so I’ve become more interested in vitamins and supplements. Most recently I have been trying some new ones from Hum Nutrition!     Drinking More Water

    Drinking enough water has so many benefits for our bodies but is something I struggle with. Some days I get more than enough water and other days hardly any. I’ve been working hard to try and get my water intake where it should be every day, especially since getting back into gym mode.     I really want to get in shape this year. The gym has been beyond packed lately with others in the same boat as me, so more often than not I’ve been working out from home this month. There are a ton of great home workout videos online that are just as effective as going to the gym; and this way I don’t have to fight for a treadmill!     My health and fitness is something I go through phases of taking seriously, which I’ll admit needs to change.
