This week has been a busy one. Work has been picking up and I can’t believe we’re already almost at another weekend! That being said, this week’s beauty finds are some really good ones! I’ve been playing around with a bit of everything this week and have discovered some new favourites! Here are my beauty finds of the week:
This bronzing palette is absolutely gorgeous! All of the shades are really pretty, and I love that they don’t come off looking orange on my fair skin. They give the skin a sun-kissed glow without being too over the top. The shades can be worn alone or layered together, which I really like! They blend out effortlessly and give my skin a natural looking glow.
I got this as a Christmas gift and have been loving it lately! For as long as I can remember I have suffered from frequent headaches as well as the occasional migraine. I see a chiropractor which helps tremendously but I still get the odd one. I’ve been keeping this in my desk and using it whenever I start to feel a headache coming on and it alleviates the pain. It comes in a roll on so it’s easy to apply and I just rub it into my hairline to create a halo effect. The formula immediately gives me a cooling sensation that feels refreshing and it helps get rid of my headache so I can focus on work. Plus, it smells lovely which is an added bonus!
This unisex fragrance has been my go-to scent this week! It has notes of peach, rose, clove, patchouli, chocolate, and white musk. A lot of those notes are favourites of mine when it comes to perfume so this one has become a fast favourite of mine. The oriental gourmand scent is warm and while I would say it’s more of an evening scent, it can certainly be worn in the daytime too.
The fragrance is inspired by the year 1969 and represents the sexual revolution. It is certainly a romantic scent that would be perfect for date night!
Lipstick Queen Lipstick in “Mr. Right”*
This pretty pink lipstick is part of the Lipstick Queen Dating Game collection. The bright rosy pink has a hint of cheery coral, making it a nice option to brighten up the dreary weather we’ve been having as of late. The formula contains shea butter and Vitamin E so your lips are conditioned as you wear the lipstick!
This hand cream has such pretty packaging and has been saving my hands this week! They have been so dry lately and this nourishing formula has worked wonders! The formula contains castanha oil and murumuru butter to soften hands. The gentle scent isn’t too overpowering and smells clean to me. It’s a rich hand cream but doesn’t leave my hands feeling greasy, which is so important to me!
