Apothic White

Apothic White

While I’m excited for the arrival of autumn, I have been trying to make the most of these last few summer weekends. It’s hard to believe its almost over! Enjoying drinks on the back deck with friends and family has easily been one of my favourite parts of the summer. It feels like a little getaway when I’m back there and is the perfect place to slow down and connect with loved ones.

White wine is one of my favourite summer drinks. I’m a huge wine fan and I find white wine to always be a go-to drink of mine when the weather is hot. Lately I have been loving Apothic White.

This wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Grigio. The different types of wine pair really well together and give this particular wine a nice, crisp finish. The Chardonnay gives the wine its texture and body. The Riesling gives the wine its firm acidity and floral notes while the Pinot Grigio gives notes of peach and apricot.

Apothic White is a medium bodied wine with layers of flavour. The fruity notes and crispness make it the perfect choice for summer.

I recently shared a bottle of Apothic White before a family dinner and served each glass with a blackberry skewer. I thought they looked unique and pretty and the blackberries really complimented the flavour of the wine. It was super easy to do and really gave the wine a little something extra.

Have you tried Apothic White?
