It has been so cold in Canada lately and my skin has been so dry as a result of that. I can usually be lazy when it comes to moisturizing my body, but I can’t afford to be right now. I currently have 4 body lotions in rotation right now to help alleviate my dry skin; all of which have helped tremendously! Here are my recommendations for 4 body moisturizers to try this winter:
This body butter comes in a tube, which I really like since most tend to come in a tub. The rich texture feels so luxurious and does a great job of hydrating my skin. I love how soft and nourished my skin feels immediately after applying. It smells incredible and I think the packaging is beautiful.
The formula contains sunflower, avocado, and almond oils as well as shea butter to soften and moisturize the skin. The formula also works to help improve the skin’s elasticity!
This body butter comes in a traditional tub and has the cutest graphics on it! The formula contains cocoa and shea butter to leave your skin feeling insanely soft and hydrated. It literally smells like dessert and feels so nice on the skin. The formula will keep your skin hydrated for up to 24 hours too, which is awesome!
This moisturizer contains exfoliating salicylic acid and nourishing ceramides to help energize and nourish your skin! It absorbs quickly, so there’s no greasy feeling afterwards which I’m always a fan of. Plus, the formula helps improve your skin’s firmness and radiance. So, you’re left with smooth, hydrated skin that looks its best!
Lastly, this moisturizer smells amazing! The blend of vanilla and coconut smells like summer and is such a nice treat for winter. The formula contains shea butter and coconut oil to give your skin a serious boost of hydration! The light formula feels soothing on dry, irritated skin but is still very moisturizing.
